Bruce Beresford-Redman is currently the only suspect in the murder of his wife Monica, but his neighbors don’t believe that he had anything to do with her death.
Lori Wheeler, who has lived across the street from the Beresford-Redman’s since they moved in about seven years ago, exclusively told RadarOnline.com that she does not believe Bruce killed Monica and has a very different view of what happened to the murdered mother of two. “I think that something happened down in Mexico and they’re spinning this whole thing. It’s getting out of control so it won’t hurt their tourism,” Lori told RadarOnline.com.
“He is just a mild mannered person,” Lori added about the producer of Survivor, Crash Course and The Contender. “They’re a normal, happy, loving family. Bruce walks the dogs and the kids in the stroller all the time.”
Bruce’s parents have temporary custody of the children and are living with them in their family home in Palos Verdes, Calif. Lori told RadarOnline.com that she has seen Bruce’s parents and “they’re devastated.” She said that she has seen the children and “they’re adorable,” and she doesn’t think they understand what has happened.
Bruce and Monica were in Mexico to repair their marriage after Monica found out Bruce was cheating with his co-worker Joy Pierce, Monica’s sister told RadarOnline.com. Lori said she did not know about trouble in the marriage. “Not a sight, nothing,” she said when asked about the affair.
“The whole neighborhood is in complete shock.”
Mexican authorities are awaiting the DNA results and have said that they only have one suspect in the murder of Monica Breseford-Redman.
