Yolanda and David Foster have moved out of their Malibu mansion into a modest condominium, RadarOnline.com has learned, as they continue to dish out thousands for the RHOBH star's fight against Lyme disease.

According to a source, Yolanda and David are temporarily living in a condo in West Los Angeles as they continue to look for a new house in Beverly Hills.”

While Yolanda wants to buy a house, David isn't ready to put down a huge payment,” the source told RadarOnline.com. David is hoping Yolanda will agree to lease something. The real estate market in Beverly Hills is just out of control, and David doesn't want to overpay.

However, the Housewife still has expensive tastes. Yolanda wants a house that has at least five bedrooms, a pool, and large gardens,” the source said.

As RadarOnline.com reported, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and her music producer husband recently sold their stunning Malibu mansion for $19.45 million, although the gorgeous spread was originally listed for a whopping $23.5 million.

Insiders previously said that the couple was feeling the crunch of her mounting medical bills, as she continues her expensive fight against Lyme disease.
