After an crazy past year full of ups and downs, Amber Portwood rang in her 25th birthday with fiancé Matt Baier— and RadarOnline.com has all the details!

The Teen Mom OG star was surprised by her Boston native boyfriend, 43, with a romantic picnic in a local Indiana park.

"Amber loves picnics and doesn't get to have them very often, since she's so busy," an insider tells RadarOnline.com of the college student and mom to Leah, 6. "They had a great time!"

She even gushed about the sweet celebration on Twitter.

After the romantic afternoon meal, the pair watched movies at home, sources tell RadarOnline.com. "It was a very relaxing day," the insider sums up.

"It was all very low-key." However, some of Portwood's followers shook up the drama-free soiree by questioning her sobriety. The recovering addict says she's three years clean, but two glasses of white wine appear in the picnic photo— leading fans to assume she's off the wagon.

"She was drinking!" one commenter wrote. But the Never Too Late author was quick with a response. "My problem was pills, never alcohol," she explained to fans.
