Keeping up with the Kardashians reality stars Kourtney Kardashian and her not-so estranged ex Scott Disick have decided to work it out!

RadarOnline.com was the first to report that the parents of Mason, 5, Penelope, 3 and 11-month-old son Reign were attending couples counseling after the 36-year-old hot-bodied baby momma allowed cameras inside her visit at Disick's rehab last weekend.

Now, just days after Disick, 32, checked out of his inpatient treatment center in Malibu, a family friend told RadarOnline.com exclusively, "Kourtney says that their relationship is now salvageable."

"Kourtney and Scott are continuing their couples counseling at the treatment center and are making progress," the insider added.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, following Disick's major relapse this summer, the reality father was forced into treatment by the Kardashian clan.

At the time, he was told that he would lose all custody rights to his children if he did not comply. Luckily, he did exactly as the Kardashians requested — until he checked out again!

"No one was happy about Scott leaving rehab because everyone in the family thought that he was going to go off on his usual post-rehab bender. But not this time," said the source.

Instead of jetting off for another vacation, Disick spent his first nights post-rehab hanging with momager Kris Jenner and babysitting his kids, Mason, 5, Penelope, 3, and Reign, 11 months.

After spending the night at Kardashian's house just after getting released, the insider told RadarOnline.com, "Kourtney said that Scott is turning back into the man she fell in love with again."

According to another reliable Kardashian source, it will not be long before the two are officially an item once more.

"The breakup was a wake-up call to Scott. Scott and Kourtney are attempting to work it at," the source said. "He is making a sincere attempt this time, and so is she."
