Lies & Secret Arrests: Inside 'DWTS' Star Jana Kramer's Shady First Marriage

Dancing With the Stars' Jana Kramer may be going through a painful separation from her husband — but the country singer has dealt with an even more devastating divorce in the past.

The 32-year-old mother of daughter Jolie, 8 months, was married for two years to a smooth-talking convict who was secretly married to another woman the entire time, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

California native Michael Gambino, who was 17 years Kramer's senior, "had actually been married a number of times before he wed Jana," a former friend tells RadarOnline.com. "I'll bet none of his wives really knew him at all."

In 2006, two years into the union, the budding starlet filed for divorce.

"I'm glad she was strong enough to make the move," the insider says. "Jana can obviously look after herself."

In a tragic twist, Gambino died in 2012 at just 45 of what the source claims was suicide.

However, "I wouldn't be surprised if he faked his own death," the pal claims.

Kramer has had a lot on her plate as she dances toward the mirror ball trophy. As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Kramer's third husband, Mike Caussin, was secretly arrested for underage alcohol possession before he checked into rehab and split from his wife this summer.
