Casey Affleck seems to be a strong contender for an Oscar with his poignant turn in dark drama Manchester By the Sea. But Ben's younger brother may not be such a bright light in Hollywood after all.

The 41-year-old father of two was once sued by two former female employees for allegedly sexually harassing them on set, RadarOnline.com has learned.

According to Los Angeles County Superior Court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, cinematographer Magdalena Gorka and producer Amanda White slapped director Affleck and Flemmy Productions with separate claims of predatory behavior while filming Joaquin Phoenix's bizarre mockumentary I'm Still Here in 2008 and 2009.

In her 2010 lawsuit, White accused Affleck— who was then married to Phoenix's sister, Summer — of demanding another crew member expose his penis to her, despite her adamant objections.

In addition, the star "repeatedly referred to women as 'cows'…discussed his sexual exploits and those of other celebrities that he allegedly witnessed" and in a shocking move on set in Costa Rica, locked White out of her own room while he and brother-and-law Phoenix engaged in "sexual activity" behind closed doors with two women.

"Although Affleck had his own room, he chose to invade Plaintiff's privacy and violate her personal space," White's attorneys wrote in the explosive documents. "This was all a part of Affleck's campaign of abuse and harassment."

In another instance, Affleck and Phoenix invited "several prostitutes" and "male transvestites" to their Los Vegas hotel suite for an "evening shoot," White alleged.

But she believed Affleck only ordered filming for his own "personal gratification" and reasons "having nothing to do with the purpose of the Project."

White claimed she quit after Affleck allegedly attempted to force her into sharing a hotel room with him after a shoot in San Francisco.

After rejecting his advances, the director became "hostile and aggressive," she said.

"He violently grabbed Plaintiff's arm in an effort to intimidate her into staying," her lawyers claimed.

White's colleague Gorka made her own damning accusations against the possible future Oscar nominee.

The photography director claimed she was subjected to "traumatizing" sexual harassment, which cumulated at Affleck and Phoenix's New York apartment one night after a long shoot. (Affleck insisted the crew stay with them instead of in a hotel.)

In the middle of the night, Gorka said she was "shocked and repulsed" to discover that her employer had crawled into bed with her, clad only in underwear and reeking of alcohol.

"Plaintiff immediately jumped up and told Affleck to get out of her bed…Affleck responded by asking 'why?'" her attorneys claimed. After she demanded he leave, the star allegedly "slammed the door in anger."

She quit her job for the first time after returning home to Los Angeles.

Affleck vehemently denied both women's various allegations, and even accused White of attempted extortion.

The parties eventually settled out of court, and the case seemingly disappeared.
