RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal that millionaire Brad Pitt has turned his back on his 94-year-old grandmother — and forced her to live in a horrible nursing home!

"She misses him," said Betty Russell's sister, Mary Ann Lanier. "He doesn't write. I'm sure he's busy, but I don't know why he doesn't stay in contact with his grandmother."

"He used to send her flowers every month and call her once in a while, but not anymore," added Lanier.

The Rose Manor Nursing Center in Shawnee, Okla. — where Russell has lived for the past eight years — has been cited by authorities for not taking proper care of its residents.

According to an official government website, Medicare authorities rated the facility as "much below average."

Pitt — who was born in Shawnee — and wife Angelina Jolie once visited his grandmother in 2008.

At the time, Russell lamented that her grandson did not come "often at all." "No, I guess I've not seen him since I went out for the wedding when he married Jennifer Aniston," she said.

Insiders claim 52-year-old Pitt — whose dad, William Pitt, is Russell's son — must be aware his grandmother is living in substandard conditions — despite his own $480 million fortune.

The facility, operated by Grace Living Centers, was recently given a one-star rating for quality as inspectors cited environmental deficiencies, calling them an "immediate jeopardy to resident health or safety."

In addition, a December 2011 report also highlighted the need to "make sure that the nursing home area is free of dangers that cause accidents."

The U.S. government's Medicare website gave the 100-bed facility only one star out of a possible five after its last inspection in 2015.

A damning 23-page Medicare report in April of that year detailed a number of incidents in which facility residents were not properly cared for and basic nursing practices and protocols were not followed.

Although the official reports criticized the facility, Russell is said to be happy there and has her own private room, according to her cousin, Jim Coker, who lives in the area and visits regularly.

Added a local friend, Lori Edwards: "Brad does come down. I don't know for sure if he's been there this year."

Thankfully, despite Pitt's absence, "She gets plenty of visitors, her daughter lives close by so she visits often," Coker said. "Betty's fine, she's well taken care of, she's loved and her family visits her often."
