As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Billy Brown, his wife Ami, and four of their seven children are have been charged with multiple counts of unsworn falsification and theft for lying on applications to receive fat government checks— and allegedly stealing $27,000 from the state of Alaska.
Since a judge rejected the reality TV patriarch and his 31-year-old son Joshua's plea deal in November, the two men and prosecutors must present a new deal on January 11, RadarOnline.com has learned from Alaska District Court records.

And this time, the proposed punishment will likely include jail time!
According to Alaska Dispatch News, the judge told the court in a previous hearing that Billy, 63, and his second oldest son deserved at least 30 days in a correctional facility for their crimes.
The family will likely learn their fate in just three days.
