I Want A Refund! David Demands Yolanda Pay Him Back For Medical Bills

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Yolanda and David Foster's divorce is getting even uglier! RadarOnline.com has learned the RHOBH star's husband is now demanding to be repaid the money he spent flying her around the world for alternative Lyme disease treatments.

The former couple's lawyers are "attempting to reach a settlement that will allow them to file for divorce and submit the proposed agreement to the judge all at the same time," an insider explained. And the medical bills issue is the latest sticking point.

David, 65, "spent a fortune on medical treatments for Yolanda's Lyme disease that weren't covered by medical insurance," the source said. "As the expensive alternative medical treatments progressed and David wasn't seeing her get any better, he urged Yolanda to stop going overseas."

"She absolutely refused, and David was stuck paying the bills. Now with David's record label shutting down, he needs that money."

But Yolanda, 51, "is disgusted that David is asking for that money and has instructed her lawyer to not to even entertain it as part of the settlement," the source said.

In the meantime, the source added, "Yolanda's ex-husband, Mohamed Hadid, has been paying all of her bills, including for her health advocate. If it weren't for Mohamed, Yolanda would be financially struggling."

Do you think David is right to ask for the money back? Let us know in the comments!
