Legal Troubles! Vince Vaughn Charged With DUI & Disobeying Officer

‘Swingers’ star Vince Vaughn is in some legal hot water.

Vaughn, 48, is now facing criminal charges following a DUI in Manhattan Beach, California earlier this summer. RadarOnline.com can reveal exclusive details on the charges.

According to his misdemeanor complaint obtained by Radar, Vaughn, 48, received three charges: Driving under the influence of an alcoholic beverage, driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 percent, and refusing to comply with a peace officer or submit to an inspection.

The Blast was the first to report on the story.

The actor was charged by Manhattan Beach PD at 1:09 AM on June 10 and was booked at 4:03 AM.

His bail was set at $5,000 and he was released a short time later.

Manhattan Beach PD confirmed Vaughn was stopped at a DUI random checkpoint where he was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

Before his arrest, Vaughn had been trying to stop his partying for the sake of his wife Kyla and their two kids Lochlyn, 7, and Vernon, 4.
