Vince Vaughn, 48, looked dapper in a black suit as he posed on the 75th Venice Film Festival red carpet with wife Kyla Weber this Monday.
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Vaughn was booked on charges of being intoxicated in public and resisting arrest in June.
He was reportedly driving around Manhattan Beach, CA with a male pal at the time, who was also arrested.
The two were released from jail the next morning, after the star's wife reportedly bailed him out.
Before his boozy arrest, Vaughn had cut back on boozing and partying. RadarOnline.com even learned he relied on Ubers and drivers when out drinking.
It's unknown if he's stopped his wild ways following the DUI.
After the scandal, Vince Vaughn was caught looking exhausted during a solo beach day.
