Tyler Baltierra's Father Makes Shocking Confession: 'I Do Love Cocaine More Than You'

Tyler Baltierra and his father have been working on improving their tumultuous relationship, but the process hasn't been easy. In sneak peeks of Butch's upcoming special, Being Butch, the Teen Mom OG star reveals a shocking confession that once destroyed their relationship.

"I was never addicted to crack cocaine," Butch said while talking to his son and daughter-in-law Catelynn Lowell. "I enjoyed doing it cause I thought I liked it. I liked that rush."

Tyler, who has watched his father struggle with addiction all his life, was shocked by his admission.

"You said you weren't addicted to crack cocaine? Is that what you just said?" the father of 1-year-old Novalee said. "Don't you remember sending that text message? 'I'm sorry to say I know this is bad but I do love cocaine more than you. I'm sorry.'"

Butch responded, "Because I kept using it. I told myself I must love this more than I do that. I was emotionally bankrupt."

That's when Tyler fired back, "That's addiction! You're substituting it with something else. It was weird to hear you say, 'I was never addicted to crack cocaine.'"

In another clip, Butch discusses the text message with his girlfriend Nadine.

"When I was locked up I went on a cocaine binge for three or four days," he revealed. "Tyler said something to me and I said, 'I love cocaine more than I do you.' I didn't mean it, but I was thinking maybe I do. I am out there for 4 or 5 days smoking this bull. It rocked them."

When his girlfriend suggested they go to counseling, Butch refused to talk about his past as an addict because "the old guy is gone."

In an attempt to make Butch open up, Tyler showed him a clip from a Teen Mom episode of Tyler discussing his father in therapy.

"I never did anything wrong to the guy so I don't know why he isn't here," he said in the clip. "I don't think it's my fault, but if he did die I would be happier so I could just really say goodbye and let him go."

Butch was bought to tears by the video.

Being Butch airs Monday at 9/8c on MTV.
