Tom Sizemore is being sued by a Utah woman who claimed to police the troubled actor groped her at a photo shoot when she was just 11 years old.
The lawsuit filed Monday says the 2003 incident came during production of the movie Born Killers. The woman, whose name was not revealed, says the experience left her with lifelong problems, including post-traumatic stress and addiction to drugs and alcohol.
She’s asking for at least $3 million in damages.
As RadarOnline.com reported last year, when the allegations first surfaced publicly, the actress, now 27, told her parents that Sizemore had touched her vagina during a second-unit still portrait session, in which the child had to sit on his lap. According to cast and crew members on the film, Sizemore allegedly either rubbed his finger against the girl’s vagina or inserted it inside.
Production manager Cassidy Lunnen recalls that “the girl was so young it was unclear to her and later told her parents what had actually taken place and if it was intentional or not.”
Robyn Adamson, who played Sizemore’s wife, reveals there was one take in particular which require just the actor and little girl, who was wearing a flannel nightgown. Adamson stood away and looked on as the scene took place, recalling: “At one point her eyes got just huge, like she could’ve vomited. I was watching her. She soon reintegrated and kept going, although she had trouble taking direction. Later, when I was told about what happened, I knew exactly what it was.”
Sizemore, who denied the claims when productions confronted him about it, was sent home after the alleged incident.
Salt Lake City police investigated in 2003, but prosecutors didn't file charges, citing witness and evidence problems.
Allegations of bad behavior are nothing new for the Saving Private Ryan star, who last year admitted he wanted to “grab, f**k* and kill” ex-girlfriend Juliette Lewis.
“Look at her, she’s a little wild feral f**king…look at her,” he stammered on The Night Time Show podcast. “Like a feral little lynx. Grab her, f**k her, and kill her.”
