In The Clear! Todd Chrisley No Longer In Contempt Of Bankruptcy Court

Todd Chrisley can breathe a sigh of relief — he is no longer being accused of snubbing his nose at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.

According to Georgia court documents filed on January 12, trustee Jason L. Pettie has withdrawn his motion to compel enforcement of settlement agreement and to find Chrisley in civil contempt of court.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Pettie claimed the father of five, 48, and his wife Julie failed to pay $70,000 of their $150,000 settlement payment regarding the trustee’s claims the couple had hidden assets in the case.

Chrisley originally filed for bankruptcy in August 2012, alleging he was $49 million in debt. The case was discharged in March 2015.

At the time, the USA star insisted to RadarOnline.com that the family was “in a really good place financially, emotionally and psychologically.”

In other good news for the Nashville-based clan, Chrisley was released from two federal tax liens totaling nearly $60,000 on January 10.
