Three USA Gymnastics executives have resigned their positions after receiving much backlash following the sexual assault scandal brought upon by Larry Nassar. As RadarOnline.com readers know, the sicko doctor pled guilty to having sexually assaulted over 100 females (both overage and underage) during his years as an athletics physician. He has yet to receive a sentence for his unforgivable crime.
"USA Gym Board of Directors executive leadership - Chairman Paul Parilla, Vice Chairman Jay Binder & Treasurer Bitsy Kelley - tendered their resignations, effective Jan. 21, 2018. The Board of Directors will identify an interim chairperson until a permanent selection is named," USA Gymnastics tweeted this Monday.
"We support their decisions to resign at this time. We believe this step will allow us to more effectively move forward in implementing change within our organization," tweeted president and CEO, Kerry Perry, from the team's account.
"As the board identifies its next chair and fills the vacant board positions, we remain focused on working every day to ensure that our culture, policies and actions reflect our commitment to those we serve," she continued.
Mahoney's parents have even sued USA Gymnastics for allegedly making her sign a non-disclosure agreement after she spoke out about "sexually harassed, abused, and molested" by Larry Nassar.
