Terry Crews let Facebook fans in on what he deems a "dirty little secret," admitting that he was once a porn addict.
The Brooklyn Nine-Nine star told followers that he struggled "for years" with the addiction, but was able to overcome it and ultimately save his marriage.
Calling pornography a "worldwide problem" that "messed up my life," the 47-year-old shared that it was something he hid from everyone — even his wife, Rebecca King-Crews, of 26 years.
"It got bad," Crews said in his high-spirited video. "If day turns into night and you are still watching, you've probably got a problem, and that was me."
Things didn't turn around for the White Chicks actor until the moment Rebecca told him, "'I don't know you anymore. I'm out of here.'"
"I literally had to go to rehab for it," Crews continued in his video message. "What I found is that, by not telling people, it becomes more powerful."
Now clean of pornography watching for six or seven years, Crews offered to help fans in need of support for their own possible addictions.
"Porn addiction changes the way you think about people," he offered. "I had to change my thinking, I had to change what I believed."
