'RHONJ' Crisis: Teresa Giudice & Cast Ordered To Speak Positively About Failing Show

Gone forever?

Teresa Giudice and the ladies of the Real Housewives of New Jersey were warned that they had to start supporting the show or else the network could delay the air date indefinitely, RadarOnline.com exclusively learned.

Producers postponed the ratings challenged show for season nine after Siggy Flicker quit, failing to find a new woman to throw tables with Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Dolores Catania, Margaret Josephs and Danielle Staub and they were threatened with dire consequences if they didn’t toe the show line.

“The producers have ordered all the ladies to speak positively about the show,” an insider spilled to RadarOnline.com after the previous season hit a new low among the women.

“Everyone has been told that they must talk about how excited they are to film again and to get going, even though production is still on hold.”

A premiere date was up in the air too the source insisted to RadarOnline.com.

“Teresa and the rest of the girls have been told that there is no set premiere date for the show because they don’t have a new woman and they aren’t filming yet. They were warned that Bravo could hold up airing the show for as long as they want.”

The air date delay hit the RHONJ ladies hardest in their designer purses.

“Teresa depends on the paycheck. She has four girls to support and a lifestyle to lead that is expensive. She has to start filming and get paid,” the insider said.

“Season eight was pushed back and that delayed their paychecks. Bravo is threatening to hold up season 9 as long as it takes to find someone new. And this really hurts Teresa and everyone else.”

RHONJ aired the final reunion show in December 2017 and production was scheduled to begin on February 1, 2018 but no cameras were rolling as March approached.

“Everyone is afraid they’ll cancel the show outright.”
