Teresa Giudice Has 'No Choice' But To Divorce Husband Joe, Brother Joe Gorga Says

Teresa Giudice has "no choice" but to divorce her jailbird husband Joe amid his deportation crisis, the Real Housewives of New Jersey star's brother Joe Gorga has said in a new interview.
"I mean, she has no choice. She has to be prepared. What is she is going to do?" Gorga told Fox 5 New York during a TV chat on March 11.
Though the mother of four, 46, never used the D-word while admitting to friend Andy Cohen she is planning to leave her husband on the RHONJ reunion last week, Gorga confirmed what fans have assumed — and RadarOnline.com has reported for months.
"If he goes to Italy, they're not going," Gorga said of his sister and nieces on the morning news show.
"So does that mean divorce?" the host asked.
"Yes," he replied, adding that he will always support her.
"Anything she needs, I'm going to be here for her. That's my only sister. I have only one sister in life."
Though Gorga has been on the Bravo show for eight years, he called appearing on TV "the devil:"
"It's the devil. You're accepting the devil in your life. Bottom line, it just doesn't make a lot of people happy. It changes who you are."
As RadarOnline.com was the very first to report, Joe Giudice, 48, was ordered to be deported to his native Italy by an immigration judge in October. He appealed the ruling, and the final decision is pending.
Though his three-year prison sentence is over on March 14, he will be whisked away immediately into ICE custody, RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed.
Though sources told RadarOnline.com the RHONJ mom would divorce her husband months ago, she finally admitted she will be leaving her husband should he be deported on the reunion show last week.
It appears Teresa's already moved on. RadarOnline.com exclusively caught the reality star holding hands and canoodling with boy toy Blake Schreck, 26, in Miami over Presidents Day weekend.
