More Bad News! Teresa’s Businesses Suspended Before Husband’s Deportation Proceedings
Teresa Giudice’s prisoner husband is in the process of being deported back to Italy. Now, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal that Joe isn’t the only thing the The Real Housewives of New Jersey has lost, as both of her businesses have been suspended.
In a status report obtained from New Jersey Business Gateway, the Bravo star’s company Teresa Giudice, LLC, which was launched on September 21, 2010, was suspended because she failed to file annual reports for two consecutive years.
The business was suspended on April 16, 2017.
Teresa’s other company TG Fabulicious LLC, which was originated on April 20, 2009, has also been suspended for not filing an annual report for two consecutive years.
The company’s status was revoked on November 16, 2012.
Teresa, 46, sold clothes and accessories through the company.
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, a spokesperson for ICE confirmed the Italy native is “in deportation proceedings while he’s in custody. ICE has lodged a detainer, and he is in removal proceedings.”
While Joe’s release date isn’t until March 2019, he could be sent to Italy before his sentence is completed. He is serving a 41-month prison sentence on fraud charges.
“If he is ordered deported while in custody, he will be removed from the U.S.,” the spokesperson said.
The 46-year-old most recently attended a hearing via Virtual Teleconference on June 20 regarding his deportation.
Teresa has stayed silent on the shocking news.

Back in 2017, she opened up about possibly divorcing her husband.
“I would have never thought in a million years that I would have gone to jail,” she told Us Weekly. “Will I still be married to Joe in 40 years? I have no idea. You don’t know what life will bring.”
