Uh Oh: 'Teen Mom' Leah Messer Has Custody Hearing Day After Bad Mom Behavior Caught On Camera

Could Leah Messer lose her girls again?

The day after the troubled mother of three was caught refusing to feed her kids breakfast on the season premiere of Teen Mom 2, she had a court hearing in her ongoing custody battle with ex Corey Simms, RadarOnline.com can reveal.

According to insiders, Messer and Simms' lawyers spoke about the reality stars' co-parenting arrangement for 6-year-old twins Ali and Aleeah on March 22.

"Leah and Corey didn't have to be there," a source said.

Fortunately for Messer, 23, the joint custody agreement will remain the same.

"Nothing will change," the insider insisted. "They will continue to parent together."

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, the bitter enemies agreed to share equal time with their daughters in January, though Simms, 26, was previously awarded primary custody in a shocking October ruling.

Though Messer seemed to be improving following her release from rehab last year, fans were startled to see her frantically screaming at the young girls and neglecting to feed them breakfast before the school day on Monday night's episode.

"I don't trust you, take me back home," little Aleeah Grace shouted on camera. "You're always worrying about everything else except for going to pick us up and giving us lunch."

Though Simms watched Messer's behavior on the show, he remains unfazed, sources said.

"He knew what was going on," the insider revealed.

This season, the MTV series will capture Simms' temporary victory over his ex-wife last fall, and her resulting emotional breakdown.

"Corey is trying to take our kids from me," she sobbed in the season's first trailer. "What's life without your kids?"
