Jenelle Evans' Husband David Eason To Be Charged In Illegal Towing Scandal

Ex Teen Mom 2 star David Eason may not face any consequences from the Wilmington Police Department for illegally towing a car, but RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned the victim in the case is planning to press charges against Jenelle Evans’ husband!

As RadarOnline.com reported, Eason, 30, was under investigation for towing a truck from its parking spot because he believed the vehicle was preventing him from getting to his boat.

Eason even shared a video online taken by Evans on Wednesday, December 19, of him towing the truck with his own vehicle.

But the Wilmington Police Department announced Friday that they will not be filing charges against Eason.

“After extensive conversations with our legal team, we have exhausted all options to file criminal charges against Eason,” a statement to RadarOnline.com reads. “However, the victim still has the right to take out warrants against Eason for the damage his truck incurred at any time before the statute of limitations expires.”

And that’s exactly what the victim, Terry Hill, has done.

“Hill has decided to press charges,” a follow up statement informed RadarOnline.com exclusively. “An officer is meeting with him to assist in paperwork/taking a report. Once completed, WPD will take appropriate action to charge Eason.”

Upon posting the damning video, Eason even taunted Hill.

“Learn the right way to deal will sic a$$holes who think it’s cool to block you in a parking space,” he wrote in the description of the video on YouTube. “Good thing my trailer has a folded tongue that allowed me to get my truck out so I can tow him out of the way, in order to move my boat.”

It’s not yet clear what charges he will now face.
