With her midnight dinners and dangerous car rides, Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer has gained a reputation as the MTV monster mom. And now her costar, Adam Lind, can take the title as worst dad!
On the last episode of the reality hit, Chelsea Houska's bad boy baby daddy broke the law while caring for their daughter Aubree, 5, and most shameful of all, manipulated the little girl with ice cream.
First, a pal drove Lind and Aubree to a restaurant without the supervision of the three-time DUI earner's parents—which violates the former couple's iron-clad custody agreement.
Next, the 25-year-old gave his daughter an ice cream sundae instead of a meal, because she didn't want "regular food."
Then, he made promises he certainly couldn't keep.
"Would you like to spend some more time with me? Would you like to stay at my house?" he asked, as Aubree nodded. "Soon, I promise. Very soon."
As RadarOnline.com has reported, the wayward dad fought his ex for custody of Aubree during filming last winter. Though it has yet to be shown on the show, Lind lost the battle, but maintained his visitation rights.
At one point, Houska's lawyers wanted Lind to share meetings with his little girl in a supervised visitation center, since the reality starlet, 23, was worried about a domestic stalking charge against him. (The charge, in addition to a restraining order filed by ex-girlfriend Brooke Beaton, 26, was eventually dropped.)
"You wouldn't like it at a supervised center where we couldn't leave or do anything fun?" he asked Aubree. "No. Me neither. Well you can ask your mother about that one."
He then used her to fish for dirty details on Houska.
"Do you think I'm mean? Does your mom? Does your mom think I'm mean to you? What does she tell you?" he further questioned.
"I don't remember," she smartly replied.
Later, Aubree innocently told her mom about the conversation.
"My dad promised me I would go with him to go to a place. Like to his house," she said. "He promised me…But he promised me he would. You can never, ever break a promise."
