Teacher Arrested For Allegedly Having Sex With Girl Who Sexted Anthony Weiner!

In a bizarre twist, a North Carolina teacher has been arrested for allegedly having sex with the same underage girl whose sexting with Anthony Weiner sent the ex-congressman to prison!

As WSOCTV has reported, Jonathan Busch, 54, was arrested Thursday for sex that allegedly took place during his time as a social studies teacher at Lake Norman High School in 2016.

But officials at the North Carolina school said that teacher Busch's alleged sexual encounters with the girl did not take place at Lake Norman High School and the victim did not attend the school.

Busch has reportedly been charged with two counts of statutory rape of a child over the age of 15 and two counts of indecent liberties with a child under the age of 16.

The alleged victim previously hit the news for having a naughty online relationship with disgraced former New York congressman Weiner when she was just 15. The girl is now 18 years old.

Authorities interviewed the teen at the time to find out the shocking details. After the 53-year-old husband of Hillary Clinton's aide Huma Abedin pleaded guilty in May 2017 to one felony count of “transferring obscene materials to a minor,” a federal judge sentenced Weiner to 21 months behind bars in September.

Following Weiner's sentence, he will do three years of supervised release and pay a $10,000 fine.

Weiner is the father of a son, Jordan, 5, with Abedin. Abedin hasn't divorced her jailbird sex offender husband.

Teacher Busch's sexual encounters with the girl allegedly happened between June 1 and July 31 2016 and again between September 1 to 21 2016, when she was still only 15, the Mooresville Tribune reported.

That's allegedly around the same time Weiner's sexting with the same teen made big news.

Busch resigned from his teaching position earlier this week. On Thursday, the teacher was released from prison after posting $20,000 bond.

Former Gaston County Prosecutor Michael Neece has said that the connection between Busch and Weiner's cases will be examined.
