This Wednesday’s Southern California shooting brought a personal tragedy for Tamera Mowry’s family. As RadarOnline.com has learned, the Sister, Sister star’s niece went missing after the massacre, and has not been found.

Moments after the now-deceased gunman opened fire inside Borderline Bar and grill in Thousand Oaks, the missing student’s roommate took to Twitter to announce her disappearance.

“My suitemate is still missing, she is wearing denim shorts, a blue flannel and sneakers, pls let me know if you know anything #Borderline” she tweeted along with two photos of the girl.

Mowry, 40, quickly responded, writing: “Ashely this is her aunt Tamera Mowry Housley. Can you please DM me your information?”

The actress then asked if her niece was the only girl from the group missing, and if she was one of the party-goers who fled the scene when the gunshots began.

The suitemate told her that they’d heard no new reports regarding her whereabouts.

Hours later, Mowry took to Twitter once more to update fans on the case. “We haven’t found her yet. It’s been 7 hrs since the shooting,” she wrote.

As Radar readers know, 12 people have been reported dead since news broke of the massacre. About 10 or 15 others were sent to local hospitals to receive treatment for their injuries, though there have been no updates on their status.

The masked gunman killed himself after the attack.
