Sandra Bullock’s Prenup Revealed: Star To Leave Bryan Randall With 'Nothing' If Couple Splits
Once bitten and twice shy, Sandra Bullock is taking no chances on love this time around!
Burned by ex-husband Jesse James’ trashy affairs, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned the Oscar winner is considering marriage with hunky photographer Bryan Randall — as long as he signs her ironclad prenup before he even thinks of popping the question!
“Sandy went through hell after splitting up with Jesse,” a source close of the 54-year-old A-lister told RadarOnline.com. “Bryan voluntarily offered to sign a nondisclosure agreement, in which he agreed to never publicly discuss the relationship — even in the event that it ends.”
But keeping quiet if they call it quits isn’t Bullock’s only concern.
According to the source, Miss Congeniality conjured up quite the contract for her silver-haired hottie.
“It may seem extreme,” said the insider, “but Sandy must protect herself.”
It’s been three years since Bullock and Randall started discreetly dating in 2015 — and though the Ocean’s 8 actress is over the moon in love, she refuses to be blindsided like she was during her toxic marriage, which bottomed out in 2010.
“If they split, Bryan must immediately get out of Sandy’s mansion, turn over the keys and remote controls for the garage and gates for all her homes,” said the source. “All furniture, artwork and cars belong to Sandra. Gifts that Sandra buys for Bryan are on an inventory list kept by her lawyer and business manager, and he is allowed to keep those.”
But, most importantly, the document makes it crystal clear that Randall has absolutely no legal rights to her adopted children, son Louis, 8, and daughter Laila, 6.
“It was a nightmare trying to get Jesse to relinquish all rights to Louis, and she will never put herself in that position ever again,” said the insider. “She saw right away that Bryan is daddy material, but she won’t let history repeat itself.”
Though Bullock’s children already lovingly refer to Randall as “Dad,” according to pals, she’s always been hesitant when it comes to making things official — until now.

“Bryan is obviously hoping that over time, Sandy will change her mind,” said one friend, adding that the couple took a huge step by opening a joint bank account — even though it’s primarily funded by Bullock — for everyday expenses.
“He has never abused it nor has he tried to capitalize on Sandy’s celebrity status to advance his career,” said the friend.
Still, Randall must tread lightly, warned the source: “He’s passing the audition so far, but if he presses too hard for marriage now, he’ll be out the door — with nothing in his pockets!”
