Ryan Edwards’ Wife Confirms He’s Checked Out Of Rehab For Drug Abuse
RadarOnline.com exclusively reported earlier this week that Ryan Edwards checked out of rehab for drug abuse on Thanksgiving Day. The Teen Mom OG star’s wife Mackenzie confirmed the news on Instagram.
"They were the longest 90 days of my life,” Mackenzie said in the video posted to her story.
She added, “No, I am not getting a divorce.”
As RadarOnline.com broke in October, Edwards, 30, entered a treatment facility in Alabama. He missed the October 9 birth of his son Jagger with wife Mackenzie.
Ryan’s family confirmed he entered a 90-day treatment program after relapsing on an episode of Teen Mom OG.
An insider told RadarOnline.com that Mackenzie left early on Thanksgiving to pick up her husband.
“She flew with the baby to get Ryan,” the source said. “They’re back home now.”
The insider claimed they are living in her mother and father’s basement, as Mackenzie wants to wait before finding a permanent home.
Although Mackenzie claimed they are not getting divorced, the source insisted she is at her breaking point.
“If he relapses again, she’s going to file for divorce,” the source said. “She’s serious. She doesn’t want to continue to be with someone who doesn’t help himself.”

Ryan entered rehab after his May 2017 wedding. He was filmed on the MTV series falling asleep at the wheel and slurring his words.
He left treatment after just 21 days instead of 30.
He was later arrested in March 2018 for petition to revoke after failing a drug test in January 2018. He tested positive for opiates and morphine in a urine sample. He was arrested again in July 2018 for breaking probation from a past possession of heroin charge.
He was sentenced in both cases.
