In the police report obtained from the Red Bank Police Department, Edwards, 30, was arrested for petition to revoke, which means to break probation, on July 23, 2018 at 1:40PM.
“On July 23, 2018, Officer Thompson met Chattanooga Police Department Officers who had taken into custody Ryan C. Edwards,” the report read. “Edwards had a Red Bank warrant for Petition To Revoke with no bond.”
Edwards is currently being held at Hamilton County Jail with no bond. A spokesperson for the facility told Radar he is going to be jailed until his court date on August 6, 2018. The Ashley’s Reality Roundup was the first to report on the arrest.
Edwards was first pulled over by police on March 12, 2017 for possession of heroin. Fourteen hypodermic needles, one of which was loaded with heroin, and a bag tied in the center console with a dark substance inside was found during the search, a citation obtained by Radar from Red Bank City Court read.
He was arrested a year later on March 27, 2018 for petition to revoke from the March 2017 bust.
Radar exclusively reported that he failed a scheduled drug test on January 17, 2018, leading to his March 2018 arrest. He tested positive for opiates and morphine in a urine sample.
An insider claimed Edwards “got six months probation and five public work days" with "random drug tests in between."
Edwards’ baby mama Maci Bookout, her husband Taylor McKinney, and their children Jayde, 3, and Maverick, 2, have a restraining order against him for two years because of his alleged threatening behavior. Edwards’ son Bentley, 9, with Bookout was dropped from the restraining order.
