‘I Want To Get A Shot!’ Ryan Edwards Gets Drunk At Wedding After Rehab Stint

Ryan Edwards insists he’s sober from heroin, but the same can’t be said for alcohol. In a shocking Teen Mom OG preview clip, Maci Bookout’s baby daddy gets drunk at his wedding to Mackenzie.

In the clip, Edwards is spotted drinking what appears to be beer.

“I want to go get a shot real quick,” he said before entering the church.

When a friend asked if he prepared his vows, he responded, “No! Wing it.”

His groomsman then advised him to say, “I love you. I’m here for you.”

But Edwards replied, “I don’t know if I can make that promise!”

The scene is shocking, as Edwards was caught on camera driving to his wedding to Mackenzie in May 2017 while high on Xanax. In the scene, he falls asleep at the wheel and slurs his words.

Soon after the scene aired, Edwards checked into rehab. He admitted on a later episode that his drug of choice was heroin. Edwards and his wife had a larger ceremony with family and friends in November.

This isn’t the first time Edwards has been spotted drinking alcohol. He was filmed drinking beer at his bachelor party in Las Vegas.

A source close to Edwards told RadarOnline.com at the time that he is sober from both drugs and alcohol.

His baby mama Bookout, who he shares son Bentley with, has refused to allow Edwards to be alone with the 9-year-old until he passes a drug test.
