Robin's 'Kidnapping' Plot EXPOSED: Paula Patton Says Thicke ‘Terrorized’ Her

Paula Patton has unleashed a series of explosive new allegations against Robin Thicke in their bitter custody battle over son Julian, 6, RadarOnline.com has learned.
New court documents filed in their case and obtained by RadarOnline.com reveal a litany of serious claims from Patton that paint Thicke as a terrorizing monster who’s launched an all-out conspiracy to make her life a living hell.
According to Patton, the nightmare began when Thicke gave Julian a “severe spanking on the bare buttocks that left the child traumatized and terrified” and then, she claims in the court papers, he “escalated the abuse by embarking upon a retailiatory conspiracy to paint Patton as an ‘alienating law-breaking parent.’”
His scheme involved “numerous criminally-actionable activities” she claims, including the following allegations and more: That Thicke “conspired with others to commit domestic violence” against her and Julian; that Thicke “terrorized” both of them; that Thicke is guilty of “falsely reporting to law enforcement that Patton engaged in the crime of kidnapping with respect to” Julian; that Thicke falsified court orders “for a fraudulent or deceitful purpose” to create “the appearance that she was in violation of a valid court order,” causing DCFS and law enforcement to intervene.
Perhaps most shockingly, she claims Thicke even launched a secret plot to charge her with kidnapping Julian. Patton alleges that the ultimate goal was “to cause Patton’s arrest in front of Julian … and to embarrass and humiliate Patton in front of Julian,” as the ultimate “retribution.”
Meanwhile, Patton claims Thicke took action behind the scenes to make sure the allegations that she had made against him did not affect his custody.
After Julian’s school reported an abuse claim to DCFS in December, Patton claims, Thicke and his attorneys launched an all-out attack to sway their opinion.
Patton claims he even “took a DCFS worker out for an expensive sushi dinner while DCFS was actively investigating allegations of abuse perpetrated by Mr. Thicke …”
As such, she says, “DCFS cannot be trusted with respect to the current investigation” into Thicke’s relationship with Julian and the abuse charges.
Overall, Patton alleges that she’s had a “long and abusive relationship” with Thicke and his “abuse continues to this day.”
She even claims to have 26 witnesses to back up her claims.
The couple is going to trial in the case on February 24.
