According to the manager at the hockey rink, Thicke was still conscious and talking as he was taken into the ambulance, even asking Carter to snap his photo.

At the hospital, where Robin rushed by his side, he passed away.

One family member shared pictures of the memorial on a public page, along with a heartfelt note. "Tonight's memorial for Alan was just about perfect. So much family and so many historic friends came out to remember our beloved father-figure."
