de Lesseps, 52, was taken into custody on December 24, 2017 after she trespassed in a hotel room at the Colony Hotel with a man and refused to leave when authorities arrived. Instead she resisted arrest and resorted to violence by attacking one of the officers.
According to the police report obtained by RadarOnline.com, when the cop on scene, Officer O’Leary, attempted to detain de Lesseps, but she “slammed the door in his face, striking him the forehead.”
In the disturbing photo exclusively obtained by RadarOnline.com, Officer O'Leary's head is red, bloodied, and bruised.
She continued to resist arrest by “pushing and pulling her arms away.” The doc states when de Lesseps was being placed into the back of the patrol car, she yelled at officers: “I am going to ‘f**king kill you!’” before “trying to kick the door to keep it from closing.
The drama didn’t stop there, according to the police report. de Lesseps was placed in a holding cell at the Palm Beach Police Department in which she stated again that she was “going to f**king kill all of you”
The report notes: “de Lesseps also advised that she was a celebrity and she would have both Officer Mastrangelo and I killed."
As RadarOnline.com previously reported exclusively, the defense on the case was also allowed to view the witness list, which includes security guard Carlos Lopez and four officers from the Palm Beach Police Department.
Minutes before she trespassed into the wrong room with a mystery man who has now been identified as Robert Waterson, one hotel employee witness wrote in their statement: "Luann was drinking at the bar and sitting on a mans lap. They began kissing and acting in an obnoxious behavior. I asked her to 'tone it down' and she said she would absolutely not do that."
She was charged with disorderly intoxication and violence against a police officer and is set to return to Palm Beach court within the next month to deal with her charges.
