Bethenny Frankel is breaking down over her custody battle with ex Jason Hoppy, and even considering selling her own company to concentrate on her kids.

On the latest episode of The Real Housewives of New York City, the star is seen crying in her car and hyperventilating after rushing out of a court hearing with Jason, 48.

“Trying to keep it together. F**k that was stressful,” Bethenny, 48, says, covering her face.

“It’s been a really long, drawn-out process,” she says of her custody battle, adding that it’s been tough to “try and get past a negative situation. And I honestly don’t know where the end is.”

RadarOnline.com readers know that Jason, the father of Bethenny’s 8-year-old daughter, Brynn Hoppy, accused her of over-drinking and even grilled her about her sexual history in court.

Luckily for the star, Judge Michael Katz called him out for trying to embarrass her with his claims.

“What exactly is your claim? That she goes out and occasionally has a drink, because that’s not illegal,” the judge said on October 15. “It is my job to see if there is a reasonable doubt, and so far, I don’t see it.”

On this week’s episode, Frankel — who recently got serious with a new man — says she’s thinking about loosening the reigns on Skinnygirl to give herself some air.

“Some people wanna buy my company and I might wanna do it… I need a break,” she says through tears.

Talking to Bernt, the president of BB Endeavors, on her cell, she continues: “I’m realizing I’m taking on too much Bernt. We need to let some air out of the tires.”

“It’s going to be okay,” he replies, trying to calm her down.

“All of the seeds that I planted years ago didn’t factor in for divorce and custody battle: a relief effort that I took on, a death,” Bethenny says in her confessional, referring to the fact that Jason has done nothing but try to paint her as an unfit mother during their custody war.

“We need some like support and help. It’s too much. It’s all too much,” she tells Bernt on the phone.

“Take a deep breath,” he tells her.

“I am,” she responds. “I can’t breathe.”

In her confessional, she further explains her decision to step away from her business.

“So now I’ve been approached by several people who are interested in buying the Skinnygirl brand, I’m not looking to exit, I’m just looking for ways to take some pressure off,” she says.

Back on the phone, she continues to break down.

“I mean it’s every day, all day like with Bryn, every second, every activity, drop her off, and then it’s ‘Boom!’ on a plane to North Carolina and ‘Boom!’ on a plane to Florida,” she says. “I need to let some air out of the tires. I think we need to do this. I don’t want them to know that, but I feel like we really do. It’s too much.”

The Real Housewives of New York City airs Wednesdays on Bravo.
