Ex-'RHONY' Star Aviva Drescher's Husband Allegedly Owes Thousands Of Dollars

Former The Real Housewives of New York star Aviva Drescher's husband has reportedly been slapped with a lawsuit in which he's accused of owing nearly $30,000.

Reid Drescher, who is married to Aviva, famous for throwing her prosthetic leg on the Bravo reality show, will soon find out if he has a legal leg to stand on!

According to The Blast, on September 20, DB Investor Group sued investment banker Reid, accusing him of breaching a settlement agreement with them.

The DB Investor lawsuit reportedly claims that they signed a contract with Reid in January 2017 and that he owes them a total of $28,350 plus interest since March, 2017.

Those suing Reid also want him to pay their attorney fees and other court costs, The Blast has reported.

Reid was also sued by Capital One Bank earlier this year, which charged that he allegedly owes $45,121.26 and refuses to pay it.

Aviva, 48, and her husband caused a stir on seasons 5 and 6 of RHONY.

The blonde amputee infamously threw her prosthetic leg at costar Heather Thomson during a fight on the show.

But as RadarOnline.com reported, on a later Watch What Happens Live episode, Aviva admitted to staging the leg toss.

"I kind of just said to a producer, 'I don't know what's going to happen tonight, but I might get really fired up that I may do this,'" Aviva explained to host Andy Cohen.

Drescher stood by her scripted leg toss, explaining that she "made great TV."

She quipped, "Someone had to put their foot down!"

But Aviva, a mother of four, has stood by her man Reid. After discussing their marital troubles on Marriage Boot Camp: Reality Stars in 2015, she and Reid renewed their wedding vows in Mexico and RadarOnline.com had the photos!
