“Both parties are filing an Income and Expense Declaration,” the documents filed in Orange County, Calif. stated.

Kelly and Michael were no longer officially married, but they were still arguing over “Division of property,” the documents obtained by Radar noted.

Michael was told to “maintain all existing health medical insurance for the minor child,” and he and Kelly were order to share the payment for Jolie Dodd.

As Radar previously reported, Kelly asked the judge to speed up the pace of the divorce, claiming: “There are irreconcilable differences that have led to the irremediably breakdown of my marriage, and there is no possibility of saving the marriage through counseling or other means. Additional passage of time will not assist me in reconciling our differences.”

She celebrated the ruling on Feb. 23, writing on her Twitter page: “My divorce is final today!!” she wrote on her Twitter page. “Over the moon happy.”

But she wasn’t completely free yet, according to the documents.
