Kelly Dodd filed papers last month to speed up her drawn-out divorce from estranged husband Michael, but the court isn’t rushing to meet her demands, RadarOnline.com can reveal.
According to Orange County court records obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, the Real Housewives of Orange County mom’s motion for bifurcation hearing was pushed from January 5 to February 23 due to the court’s “unavailability.”
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Kelly, 44, begged a judge to end her marriage in a December 1 filing.
“Additional passage of time will not assist us in reconciling our differences,” she wrote.
The mom to Jolie, 11, initially filed for divorce in 2012, but the pair reconciled. She announced her intentions to move ahead with the split in September.
A source claimed this fall that the former couple’s relationship has been “nasty” and “volatile,” while RadarOnline.com reported that cops visited the family’s Newport Beach home 11 times in 2017.
