DJ Pauly D is one proud papa.
The Jersey Shore star finally got to meet his 5-month-old daughter Amabella earlier this month and revealed exclusive new details toRadarOnline.com.
“I was nervous until I saw her face. When I saw her eyes light up and her arms reach out for me, it was an amazing feeling,” he told RadarOnline.com at the F*ck Cancer NYC Charity Event on Thursday night.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the MTV star and the baby’s mother, Amanda Markert, finally agreed to meet at an undisclosed location in New Jersey on Nov. 6.
Dishing more about the first meeting, Pauly joked that Amabella will probably inherit some of his love for hair gel and fist pumping.
“The first thing she did was reach for my hair,” he laughed. “She is beautiful.”
“She smiles all the time. Always smiling. I always smile, too, so she’s definitely my baby just by that big smile she has,” he gushed.
Pauly showered his daughter with plenty of gifts, including a pair of Air Jordans that match his shoes.
“She’s got to be fresh like her daddy.

“Dressing a little girl is cool. I never thought I’d have to do that, but it’s amazing. I find myself shopping online all day for her,” he said.
Although his daughter is only 5 months old, Pauly revealed he’s going to be very protective of her when she’s old enough to date.
“Oh yeah!” he said. “She’s going to be daddy’s little girl.”
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Pauly and Markert remain locked in a custody battle. Sources tell RadarOnline.com that Pauly filed for full custody just weeks before the story went public.
Amabella currently lives in New Jersey with her mom, a former Hooters waitress who had a one-time hookup with Pauly D in Las Vegas last year.
