The Jersey Shore star welcomed a daughter Tuesday, E! reports, adding the gelled-up record spinner is "very excited" and ready to embrace parenthood with open arms.
A source told the site that while the reality star and the child's mother "didn't have a previous relationship ... he is hoping to develop a relationship."
The hunky GTL disciple is "ready to jump in and take responsibility as a father," no surprise considering the affable, nice guy he showed himself to be during the reality show's run.
His castmate Snooki became a parent when she gave birth to son Lorenzo, now 2.
