Sick cult masterminds Keith Raniere, Allison Mack, Clare Bronfman and Nancy Salzman appeared happy to see each other as they reunited in New York court this afternoon to face sex charges, RadarOnline.com can report.
During the status hearing in Brooklyn Federal Court on Wednesday, July 25, NXIVM members Keith Raniere, Allison Mack and Nancy Salzman were arraigned due to the superseding indictment filed against them the day before.
Heiress Claire Bronfman appeared first in court, but was soon joined by former Smallville actress Mack.
An onlooker told RadarOnline.com the two women “whispered at each other and smiled” as they sat just two feet away.
Later, jailed NXIVM leader Raniere entered the courtroom, and shared a big smile with Bronfman and Mack.
Raniere, Allison Mack and Nancy Salzman pleaded not guilty to “all counts” of the superseding indictment.
Though jailed Raniere’s attorney objected, the judge moved the date for jury selection from October to January 2019, as U.S. prosecutors claimed they have more discovery to go through.
Currently, the government has received 60 electronic devices, and prosecutors said they intend to examine Raniere’s email account.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Raniere has been accused of trafficking over 50 female slaves as part of his cult, and he faces life in prison.
The judge has repeatedly refused to allow him to post bail.
Meanwhile, disgraced Hollywood star Mack allegedly plotted rapes and kidnappings as Raniere’s number two.
She is living in her parents’ California home on house arrest after posting bail, but makes frequent trips to NYC for court dates.
