Nicolas Cage's ex-girlfriend has accused the actor of abusing her while "severely intoxicated" during the SLASH Film Festival in Vienna last month, according to shocking court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com.

The explosive claims come as part of a restraining order the woman named Vickie Park filed against the actor's estranged wife, Alice Kim.

Park claims Cage abused her on September 20, 2018 and he was “severely intoxicated at the time," while seemingly blaming the actor's alleged behavior on his "mental illness." "I am already aware his his alcohol addiction, depression and mental illness as his mother is also currently still facilitated in mental ward," she said in the documents.

The woman claims she's "deathly afraid" to leave her house because Kim's allegedly been harassing and stalking her on social media. Ever since the two started dating a little over a year since last June 2017 she's been "afraid for my life because of the stalking and harassment of his jealous ex-wife Alice Cage," Park claimed in court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com.

According to the docs, Cage's estranged wife "stalks my Instagram page which I now had to make private because I am afraid of her/ she sends Nic messages about me — spreading lies and rumors about me all over Los Angeles and Las Vegas as well."

The judge's findings in the case imply there is no evidence that anyone is currently in danger. The facts as stated by Park “do not sufficiently show acts of violence, threats of violence, or a course of conduct that seriously alarmed, annoyed, or harassed Vickie Park and caused substantial emotional distress," the court documents state.

The judge in the case denied Park’s request for a restraining order until a hearing later this month.

Cage and Kim were married in 2004 and split in 2016. The couple has one child together, a 13-year-old son named Kal-El.

Park further claimed Cage's strained relationship with his ex-wife leads the actor to in turn "abuse" her. "I am afraid and distressed from their toxic relationship being projected onto me — physically and mentally," she says, adding, "Currently they are in a divorce battle where she is requesting more than $30 to 40,000 dollars a month solely for herself without signing a contract without documenting how much of the money is going to their son, Kal."

A spokesperson for Cage denied all of the accusations.

"Nicolas and Alice Cage categorically deny the absurd allegations listed in the filing of a temporary restraining order against Alice Cage, which was denied by the court," the rep said in a statement to RadarOnline.com.
