Divorce Gets Nasty! Miranda's Married Boyfriend's Wife Says He Trashed Her To Public

Miranda Lambert's married boyfriend's divorce is getting even nastier! RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal Staci Nelson accused her estranged husband Evan Felker of trashing her to the public in their latest divorce filing.

In court papers obtained from District Court of Okfuskee County in Oklahoma, Felker, 34, filed a motion to enter a scheduling order to have the marriage finalized in a fair amount of time on May 15, 2018.

In the filing, he claimed Nelson would "unduly delay this matter" if a scheduling order is not entered.

Nelson denied his claim in her response to the filing and demanded "strict proof" of the allegation.

"Respondent has no legitimate basis to make this claim and Petitioner cannot help but conclude this allegation was placed in the public record solely to cast dispersion on her character in an ill-conceived attempt to garner public sentiment after his relationship with a third party recently received negative public scrutiny," her filing read.

Nelson also denied Felker's claim that their asset and debt division "are not complex."

As RadarOnline.com readers know, Felker filed for divorce from Nelson on February 16. She then filed her own petition for divorce on February 28, 2018. She claimed he abandoned her in her filing, which he denied.

Us Weekly broke the news that the Turnpike Troubadours singer and Lambert, 34, are dating. He was the opening act on her "Livin Like Hippies" tour since February.

A source told RadarOnline.com Lambert is "the reason" for the divorce.

"Evan wants the divorce for his new life and so he can be with Miranda," the insider said. "Evan wants to be with Miranda and he didn't want to be married with his wife anymore. He wanted the divorce first. Staci had no choice but to go through with it. They had been together for about five years or so, including the time they were married."

The insider added that Felker "is in love with Miranda and and Miranda loves him too."

RadarOnline.com obtained first photos of Lambert and Felker getting cozy at Old Absinthe House in New Orleans on March 26, two days after wrapping up the tour.

"Their interaction was cozy and they made out several times," an eyewitness told RadarOnline.com. "They looked like a couple, like they were dating. They were laughing a lot."

Nelson responded on Instagram story, as she could be seen singing Carrie Underwood's "Before He Cheats." When the lyrics "Maybe next time he'll think before he cheats" played, Nelson responded, "I hope he does!"
