Miranda Lambert’s Married BF's Wife Sings ‘Before He Cheats’ Amid Homewrecking Drama
Miranda Lambert’s new boyfriend Evan Felker left his wife for her – and the heartbroken spouse isn’t letting him get away with it! Staci Nelson slammed her estranged husband and the man-stealing country singer in a shocking video.
In the Instagram story video, Nelson could be seen singing Carrie Underwood’s “Before He Cheats.” When the lyrics “Maybe next time he’ll think before he cheats” played, Nelson responded, “I hope he does!”
But the digs didn’t end there, as Felker’s friend posted a video of a burning bandana over a “Team Staci” shirt.
Nelson then took a selfie with her friend drinking what appears to be alcohol.
Her friend slammed the next morning, “Miranda is the biggest piece of s**t on the face of the planet!”
The social media disses come after Nelson posted on her Instagram story, “PSA: If Staci Felker can make it through this week, so can you.”
After Us Weekly reported Lambert, 34, is dating the Turnpike Troubadours singer, who has been featured as the opening act on her Livin’ Like Hippies tour since February, a source told RadarOnline.com Felker left his wife for her.
Felker filed for divorce from Nelson on February 16. She then filed her own petition for divorce on February 28, 2018, claiming he “abandoned” her.
Felker denied abandoning her in his response to the petition filed on March 28, 2018.
A second source previously told RadarOnline.com Lambert is “the reason” for Felker and Nelson’s divorce.
“Evan wants the divorce for his new life and so he can be with Miranda,” the insider said. “Evan wants to be with Miranda and he didn’t want to be married with his wife anymore. He wanted the divorce first. Staci had no choice but to go through with it. They had been together for about five years or so, including the time they were married.”
The insider added how Evan "is in love with Miranda and Miranda loves him too.”
RadarOnline.com obtained first photos of the couple together. They were spotted getting cozy at Old Absinthe House in New Orleans on March 26, two days after wrapping up her tour.
“Their interaction was cozy and they made out several times,” an eyewitness told RadarOnline.com. “They looked like a couple, like they were dating. They were laughing a lot.”
Lambert’s ex-husband Blake Shelton was married to Kaynette Williams when they met. Lambert revealed in 2011 on Dateline NBC that she went after him knowing he had a wife. Lambert and Shelton were married in 2011 before divorcing in 2015.
