The woman claims she felt sick and remembers fighting off the 51-year-old. She woke up the next morning as he was preparing to leave the hotel.
The victim told cops she feared she was raped. She underwent a medical exam at the time.
The NFL Network analyst denied the allegations through his rep, claiming she was only in his room for 15 minutes where they had no sexual contact. He also claims another man was in the room as well.
This isn't the first time Irvin has been accused of the crime.
In 2007, a woman alleged he sexually assaulted her at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Fort Lauderdale in 2007. A confidential settlement was reached in 2011.
The police department is declining to release the full incident report and 911 tapes at this time, as the investigation is currently ongoing.
