Despite their happy appearances, behind the scenes Comrie is battling allegations he raped a woman at his home in February.
As RadarOnline.com reported, a woman accused Comrie of assault during what he insisted was a consensual three-way.
Comrie, who recently turned over his DNA to authorities, insists the sex was consensual.

The 36-year-old former hockey star and Duff, 29, share custody of their 5-year-old son, Luca, and the two appear to still be on good terms, even if he's battling serious sex assault claims.
In fact, a source previously told RadarOnline.com that Comrie has "been on his hands and knees begging Hilary to give him another shot."
