Following Sherri Shepherd and Jenny McCarthy’s shocking departures from The View on Thursday, original cast member Meredith Vieira returned to her old stomping grounds of The TODAY Show, where the TV veteran dropped clues as to what’s coming next.

Vieira said that "There may be men on the show, I think, at one point,” as opposed to the all-female cast the show has had since its’ 1997 inception, with a debut quintet of Vieira, Barbara Walters, Joy Behar, Star Jones and Debbie Matenopoulos.

She then dropped a clue regarding a returning panelist, in the form of Rosie O'Donnell, her replacement when she left in in 2006.

“Well, it’s broken down the show, it’s just Whoopi Goldberg who’s left. The only thing I’ve heard is the same rumor we’ve heard about Rosie returning, which I don’t know if that’s true or not.”
