Meghan Markle's Disgraced Dad Is 'Frozen Out' By Palace After TV Interview

Meghan Markle's father Thomas believes he's being frozen out of her life by the royals after his explosive TV tell-all interview, according to The Sun.

But that's not news to RadarOnline.com readers!

A source told the British publication that Thomas is upset that he didn't get a Father's Day card for Sunday, June 17, from his daughter.

Now insiders say he fears the Palace is cutting him off after the former TV worker, 73, dished to interviewer Piers Morgan on the Good Morning Britain show about his chats with Meghan's husband Prince Harry about politics, among other taboo topics.

The spy told The Sun that following his media bombshell, Thomas hasn't heard from anyone.

"There has been nothing from the palace, which he is surprised about," the source said.

"He just hopes the interview hasn't affected things.

"He wanted to discuss travelling to the UK, or the couple visiting him. He still hasn't met Harry, and is desperate for it to happen," the insider noted.

But as RadarOnline.com exclusively reported on Monday, this is no surprise.

Meghan's dad Thomas has been banned from royal events for life after he blindsided the family with his surprise TV interview, a RadarOnline.com source claimed.

The Palace was "shocked" when Meghan's reclusive dad, who lives Mexico, opened up to interviewer Morgan, discussing politics, his staged photo scandal, his heart condition and his biggest regrets after missing his daughter's wedding day!

"Meghan's father has now made it impossible to ever again be invited to any royal events.

"Thomas can't be trusted to not sell stories to the media and he will get absolutely no access," the source told RadarOnline.com this week.

Thomas stunned viewers by telling famed Brit journalist Morgan how he felt when Meghan, 36, told him she was dating Harry, 33.

"Well of course it's 'wow', it comes out as a 'wow' but you know this is my daughter. My daughter's certainly, certainly a prize for him as well," said Thomas.

Thomas didn't walk his daughter down the aisle at her wedding to Harry after he was caught in a staged photo scandal and then said he had to undergo emergency heart surgery.

Prince Charles stepped in to be Meghan's aisle escort at the big royal wedding instead.

The rest of the interview was much more problematic for the palace as Meghan's dad then admitted that he's yet to meet Harry in person, but the two have had candid phone conversations.

"We talked a few times about Donald Trump and Brexit, things like that, and he's an interesting guy," Thomas said.

"I was complaining I didn't like Donald Trump, he said 'give Donald Trump a chance.' I sort of disagreed with that, but I still like Harry. That was his politics, I have my politics."

Thomas also touched on Harry's views about Brexit, saying the Prince seemed "open to the experiment."

Of course, Prince Harry's political views aren't anything the royal family wants the public to know!

Royals must remain strictly politically neutral even though Harry's father Prince Charles sometimes raises eyebrows with his outspoken views.

Thomas also surprised the royals by speaking in the interview about his daughter's desperate wish to have children.

He expects she and Harry will have a baby "in the making very soon."

But will Thomas be allowed to visit a royal grandchild?
