It's Over? ‘Married At First Sight’s Tristan Isn't In Love Wife Mia After Stalking Arrest

Getting your Trinity Audio player ready...

Tristan Thompson revealed he’s falling in love with Mia Bally on Married at First Sight, but on this week’s episode, he takes it back! In an exclusive sneak peek, Thompson told his guy friends he’s not in love with her yet.

Thompson told co-stars Bobby Dodd and Dave Flaherty that he did drop the L-word.

“But I told her there is a difference between loving somebody and being in love,” he explained. “She’s like, ‘I’m falling in love with you.’ I was like, ‘I can’t get there yet because I’m still establishing trust.’”

Bally overheard the conversation and wasn’t impressed.

“I don’t think the other couples need to know our business,” she said in her confessional. “If Tristan has an issue with me, he could come and talk to me directly because all of that adds for me a level of more stress.

But that’s not how it went down on a previous episode.

When Bally told Thompson that she loves him, he responded in his confessional, “I feel loved when my wife tells me she loves me. That’s what my heart desires. We’ve been through more in this first week than most couples go through in a year. We’re still rebuilding that trust. I am, like, falling in love with Mia.”

Trust issues come after Bally was arrested on March 28, 2018 for three counts of stalking and one count of unauthorized use of an access card while boarding a plane for their honeymoon.

She initially told Thompson that authorities arrested the wrong woman after her identity was stolen, but she later confessed that she lied.

The District Attorney’s Office confirmed to RadarOnline.com that the case has been dismissed.
