Maci Bookout Believes Ryan Edwards Relapsed Before July Arrest: ‘There Is A Problem!’
After RadarOnline.com exclusively reported in October that Ryan Edwards allegedly entered rehab for alleged substance abuse issues, this week’s episode of Teen Mom OG reveals he may have relapsed around the time of his July 2018 arrest.
On this week’s episode, Maci Bookout learned Ryan Edwards was arrested again for petition to revoke, which means breaking probation, for a past simple possession of heroin arrest.
“The mugshot is not good at all,” Bookout said. “Ryan is still claiming to be sober, so who knows.”
Although his mother Jen explained that he violated probation by not completing community service, the family still fears he could relapse on drugs.
“You worry everyday. You don’t know if there will be a trigger,” Jen said, as her husband Larry added, “With addiction you don’t know if today’s the day.”
But Bookout is convinced he is back on drugs.
“The proof is in the pudding,” she told a friend. “I don’t think he is sober. I don’t know why everyone is sitting around knowing there is a problem and no one is doing s**t about it!”
RadarOnline.com reported in October that he entered rehab a month prior. Sources alleged he missed the birth of his son with wife Mackenzie.
The divorce drama continued for Bristol Palin and Dakota Meyer, as she opened up about her now-ex-husband’s “petty” behavior.
“Dakota had moved my stuff all into the guest bedroom,” she told her mom Sarah. “All my belongings in this guest bedroom. I’m not comfortable with stuff like that. He’s calling me, I need my wedding ring back. He literally said you better get your mommy’s money because I’m going to fight you tooth and nail until the girls are 18.”
When Palin spoke to Meyer on the phone, she asked if he would be in the house when she returns home.
Meyer vented to a producer after a phone call, “She’s an obnoxious smart a**. 'You’re going to be there all week?' It’s my house! I have another 16 years to communicate with a human being like this over my daughters.”
Palin explained how Tripp is going to stay with her baby daddy Levi Johnston until she figures out her living arrangements.
But her relationship with Johnston isn’t perfect, as she explained he “hasn’t always been solid in Tripp’s life.”
“I have him school year and he has him summer,” she explained. “I’m sending him back to get my stuff situated in Texas. Things with Levi hasn’t always been decent. We are high school sweethearts. I got pregnant junior year. We broke up after Tripp was born. Tripp didn’t spend the night with him until he was almost four. Work in progress!”
Even Tripp was worried about her mom and dad meeting up, as he said he never saw them have a conversation.
“It is gonna be awkward,” he said.
Catelynn Lowell and Tyler Baltierra left their marital issues in Michigan to visit Butch, Tyler’s father, in Austin, Texas, where he’s been in rehab. Butch is ready to make amends with his family.
“I thought it went really well,” Baltierra told his wife and sister. “He said what he said, he read it out loud. He was like so is there anything I missed? Well yeah there is. I mentioned my failed suicide attempt. I’m surprised how much he didn’t acknowledge with me.”
He then said if his father relapses again he will “give up.”
When Baltierra told his father he needs "consistency," Butch agreed, as he responded, “I need you in my life, very much so.”
Also on the episode, Cheyenne Floyd and her boyfriend Zach got into a blowout fight when she invited baby daddy Cory Wharton to a family outing.
“I invited Zach to come today, he had to do something with his dad,” Floyd told Wharton. “He thinks I’m trying to push him away cause me and you are together. That wasn’t the situation!”
When she returned home, Zach was drunk and angry!
“He said, you look like you’re about to go get f**ked,” she told friends. “He kept going. He said I’m weird, called me a b***h. Then I lost it. I packed his s**t. I feel like I’m going to be a single mom forever.”
And finally, Amber Portwood’s daughter Leah with baby daddy Gary Shirley visits her in Los Angeles.
Although Shirley’s wife Kristina Anderson planned a girls'’ day for the three of them to get manicures and pedicures, Portwood bailed and took Leah parasailing instead.
“I wanted to do mani pedis, but she’s never been parasailing,” Portwood said to an upset Anderson.
