Luann Recording Own Footage For Next Season Of 'RHONY' After Shocking Assault Arrest
Looney Luann de Lesseps could be headed for the slammer after her shocking assault arrest last month but RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively the boozehound's messy meltdown has only given the RHONY star even more immunity with Bravo — so much so the network already has her recording video on her phone for the show!
"Bravo is NOT filming at the moment but producer have reached out to her and asked that she document what’s going on in her life," a production insider spills.
With talk de Lesseps, 52, could be headed to jail, and with the Bravo having no plans to postpone filming, the network has asked the reality star to start shooting video effective immediately!
"They need as much home footage as possible to edit Luann and her troubles into the show"
Meanwhile, Bravo plans to cash in on de Lesseps' downward spiral. "If anything this incident has secured her job," says the source. "The producers love nothing better than real life drama and with the exception of wedding and divorces" — both of which Luann did last season!
"Nothing is better on reality TV than a court hearing that could result in jail," the informant dished to RadarOnline.com. "They are giddy with excitement about what will happen to Luann."
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the mother of two was arrested on December 23 after allegedly entering the wrong hotel room with a man in Palm Beach and refusing to leave. According to the police report, she threatened cops while they tried to arrest her and told officers she wanted to kill them.

She was charged with battery on a law enforcement officer, corruption by threat, disorderly intoxication and resisting officer with violence.
Following her arrest, recently divorcee de Lesseps checked herself into a rehab facility.
As readers know, de Lesseps plead not guilty with the Palm Beach County Court on December 29, just six days after her arrest.
She must return to court for a hearing on January 25, when the state will officially file the charges.
