Laughter Therapy! Luann De Lesseps Jokes About Arrest And Rehab During Performance

Luann de Lesseps can still see the funny side of life despite her adversities.

The 53-year-old RHONYC star took to the stage in her#CountessAndFriends Cabaret shows earlier this year.

And that was in between two stints in rehab plus a 2017 arrest for public intoxication and for allegedly kicking out at a police officer.

The reality star pled guilty to battery, trespassing and disorderly conduct and resumed her performances on stage earlier this month.

And on Friday night she was back on stage when she performed at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City in New Jersey.

The audience laughed as she recalled her misfortunes over the years.

"I loved rehab. I loved it so much I went back again," de Lesseps revealed.

She added: "I'm here, I finally made it! After being briefly detained. I had a list of songs I wanted to sing tonight, but I had to reconsider most of them like 'Jailhouse Rock.' Yeah, 'I Fought the Law,' but the law won. Crazy for thinking I could slip out of those handcuffs. I mean, what the hell was I thinking?"

She revealed to the audience that she was left at a loss when they confiscated her cell phone.

"Everybody should memorize three phone numbers from their phone because they confiscate your cell phone" in jail, saying, "I'm staring at a pay phone, and I can't remember one phone number to call. And the only number I did remember, I didn't want to call," she recalled.

At her Cabaret show on Long Island, New York, earlier this month she made some candid remarks about her cast mates.

"I'd f--k Sonja, I'd marry Bethenny and I'd kill Ramona," she joked to the audience.
