‘Little Women’ Briana’s Big Win: Judge Grants 5-Year Restraining Order Against Ex
Just days after her ex-husband claimed she was sex-crazed and suicidal, Briana Renee won a major victory in her nasty divorce and custody battle, RadarOnline.com can exclusively report.
The former Little Women: LA star faced off against her estranged husband Matt Grundhoffer in California court on Wednesday, August 1, and testified in her case to extend her restraining order against him. (She was initially granted an order in December 2017)
According to records, Renee presented photographic evidence to the court.
The judge granted the mother of two’s restraining order for a whopping five years, until August 1, 2023.
He must stay at least 100 yards away from Renee, their 2-year-old son Maverick, and any workplace or school.
Renee won sole legal and physical custody of their son.
However, Grundhoffer was permitted court-supervised visits with Maverick for three hours every other Saturday.
The judge demanded Grundhoffer immediately move all of his possessions away from the family’s southern California home, though it appears he has already lived in Washington state for months.
He was also ordered to surrender any firearms within 24 hours. (Renee had previously accused him of threatening her with his gun, and acting suicidal.)
The exes must schedule an appointment with a child custody counselor before their next divorce hearing on October 11.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Grundhoffer claimed in a declaration that his ex was the emotionally unstable parent — but it seems like the judge didn’t take his shocking allegations seriously at all.
Last winter, Renee claimed her ex drank to excess, sexted other women, threatened to kill her, their son and himself, and even mentioned bestiality acts involving a minor family member.
They split in November 2017 after a two-year marriage.
